This is a pretty easy tradeup to do because of the 0.1 float requirement for the input you can use skins. With a average float below 0.1 you can find all the restricted stattrack kilowatt skins in the link provided. So you can also use the other skins in the collection if they are around the same price. You should aim for around 4 euro/4.40 dollar per skin or below.
